The food at Majahuitas is one of our most well reviewed distinctions. Long after you've left, you will find yourself remembering the meals you ate during your stay. You will try traditional Mexican cooking along with plenty of seafood and three course gourmet dinners. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or are allergic to some foods, the chefs cater to meet your needs.
There are no menus at Majahuitas. The chef will decide the daily menu based on ingredients that are in season and the daily catch. We serve at set times and in three different settings; inside our dining room under a huge 25 candle chandelier, on a deck on the beach, or on a romantic table setup inches from the waves and right under the moonlight.
Breakfast (served at 9:30am): Starts off with fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee, followed usually by a traditional Mexican breakfast such as Huevos Rancheros, Burritos, or Chilaquiles to a name a few.
Lunch (served at 2:30pm): An assortment of Tapas. Most dishes are seafood and range from shrimp, fish and octopus, to guacamole and fajitas.
Dinner (served at 7:30pm): All guests sit together in one large family style table, unless you prefer to sit on your own. Dinner is a three course gourmet style meal. Dishes are international and include steak, pastas, chicken and seafood.
